Catálogo de agentes y acciones potenciales basado en sociedades o agrupaciones, políticas, eventos o infraestructuras existentes que pueden complejizar y añadir nuevos elementos a la fiesta, convirtiendo además a los individuos implicados en promotores activos de la fiesta y no en meros consumidores pasivos (espectadores) del programa oficial.

De alguna manera, al generar (o dar la posibilidad a través de la cesión de parcelas)  infinidad de programaciones alternativas, paralelas a la oficial promovida por la Comisión de fiestas, se permite la manifestación, expresión y reunión en tanto que micro-colectividades cohabitantes en A Fraga y su entorno inmediato.
